There will be a $100.00 holiday fee for any ceremony booked on

New Year's Eve or New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.

A $250.00 Non-Refundable Deposit is required to reserve your date.

We accept personal checks or money orders for deposits.

Deposits are non-refundable.

If you cancel your ceremony more than 30 days from the event date;

you will recieve a full refund of any monies paid over the deposit amount minus any monies spent on items for your wedding.

Deposit will be forfeited.

Any ceremony cancelled within 30 days of the event will not be refunded.

SeaSide Bride LLC Check Policy

If your check is dishonored or returned for any reason,

we will electronically debit your account for the amount of the check plus a processing fee of $25.00.

SeaSide Bride LLC supports the

Sea Turtle Conservation and Research Program through Mote Marine Aquarium.

A contribution of up $5.00 per ceremony

will be donated annually.
